At Shubhapushpa Healthcare™, we value the time of every patient and strive to provide personalized Ayurvedic consultation and wellness guidance. To ensure smooth appointment scheduling and fair availability for all patients, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

1. Appointment Booking

Appointments may be booked through:

• Website

• WhatsApp

• Phone Call

• Social Media Platforms

• Referral Booking

Appointment confirmation is considered complete only after receiving confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellation Policy

Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting our team.

More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

✔ Eligible for free rescheduling.

✔ Eligible for refund if applicable (excluding payment gateway charges).

Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

Rescheduling will be subject to doctor availability and management approval.

Less Than 6 Hours Before Appointment

Consultation fee becomes non-refundable.

The appointment slot is considered reserved exclusively for the patient.

3. No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice:

• Consultation fee will be non-refundable.

• Future appointments may require advance payment.

• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking requests.

4. Online Consultation Policy

For online consultations:

• Patients must join at the scheduled consultation time.

• If the patient remains unavailable for more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the consultation may be marked as a no-show.

• Missed online consultations are generally non-refundable.

5. Doctor-Initiated Rescheduling

In rare situations involving:

• Medical emergencies

• Unavoidable professional commitments

• Technical issues

• Operational circumstances

The appointment may be rescheduled.

Patients will be offered:

✔ Priority rescheduling

OR

✔ Full refund if applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:

• Usually 5–10 business days

• Subject to payment gateway and banking timelines

Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and banking deductions may be non-refundable.

7. Product Orders & Consultation Packages

Ayurvedic Medicines & Products

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products and hygiene considerations:

• Opened products cannot be returned.

• Dispatched products cannot be cancelled once shipped.

• Refunds are not available after product dispatch unless approved by management.

Consultation Packages

• Consultation packages are non-transferable.

• Unused consultations may be rescheduled according to availability.

• Partial package refunds are generally not available.

8. Emergency Exceptions

We understand genuine emergencies may occur.

Exceptions may be considered for:

• Medical emergencies

• Serious accidents

• Family emergencies

• Natural disasters

Approval remains at the discretion of Shubhapushpa Healthcare™ management.

9. Patient Responsibility

Patients are requested to:

• Attend appointments on time.

• Provide accurate contact information.

• Inform our team promptly regarding rescheduling requirements.

• Review appointment details carefully before confirmation.

10. Policy Acceptance
